Today is International Women's Day!
This week we spoke to some of the inspirational women in the Shepley Group, including the Group's first director, the only current member of our health and safety team and our first ever female apprentice. We learnt more about what diversity means to them, what challenges they have faced in their careers and what they would like to see change in the future.
